El Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage 2025
Nine women walked the final 100 kilometers of El Camino de Santiago through the heart of Galicia, carrying questions about their lives and leaving lighter than when they started.
A group of men, diverse in age and background, biked the 100-mile White Rim Trail outside of Moab in Canyonlands National Park. They shared their highs and lows, clarified their Central Themes, and made commitments to live with greater intentionality, especially in the areas of life that are drifting.
This was a first of its kind for me. It was valuable to have stepped out of my comfort zone. It was valuable to have set aside uninterrupted "outside world" time to plan and look ahead. It has helped me set goals for myself that were thought out and guided.

This experience gave me greater clarity and confidence about the next chapter of my story, and challenged me to lean into possibilities in pursuit of a flourishing life.

This experience was an important opportunity to unplug and re-connect with nature and myself. It also sets the tone for this next season of life. The central theme provides an important lens by which to make decisions and continue stretching and growing. Saying yes to this trip was a decision to say YES to invitations and to have an abundance mindset, trusting that allocating resource of time and money is positive and keeping a long term perspective.
