El Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage 2025
Nine women walked the final 100 kilometers of El Camino de Santiago through the heart of Galicia, carrying questions about their lives and leaving lighter than when they started.
Ten senior leaders spent five days at The Observatory, a private backcountry lodge at 10,000 feet in Colorado's San Juan Mountains, accessible only by snowmobile or skis. Surrounded by Palmyra and Silver peaks, the group moved between guided reflection, physical challenge, and the kind of quiet that only comes when you're that far from the noise. The work started before Colorado and continued after, with follow-up conversations designed to carry what surfaced on the mountain back into daily life. What the landscape offered in scale, the group matched in honesty.
The experience gave me time to unplug from my reality to think and to be inspired by others about what areas in my life I want to most improve and how I might serve the world.

This was a catalytic five+ days that made me resolved…finally, after many years…to change certain physical habits in my life, which should have a profound effect on other areas of my life.

A wild adventure in the middle of the wilderness to connect me and my story to what matters most in my life.
